Dr. Edna Anfo
Edna Anfo brings her knowledge in small business development, strategic planning, business relations, tax laws, and auditing expertise. She has over seven years of working with the government in business compliance. Her expertise ranges from business registrations and tax statuses that best fit the business need to analyzing existing business tax structures. Edna maintains and grows existing client relationships while seeking new collaboration and opportunities. She assists clients through the developmental and fundamental stages of growth. She received her doctorate in Public Administration from California Baptist University. When she is not helping clients with business needs, she travels and spends quality time with her two young boys.

Dr. Rita Ohaya
Rita Ohaya brings a diversified background with over 14 years in program management within equity policies, Small Business Enterprise (SBE), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) environments. She has successfully developed and implemented advocacy and diversity program initiatives to enhance different communities.
Rita has worked with many agencies in both the public and private sectors. While serving as the cofounder of S3 Consulting, Rita has worked with various organizations, including senior leadership professionals, to coordinate, monitor, and maintain efforts at all tier levels to meet and exceed social and contract equity commitments. Rita received her Doctoral Degree in public administration from California Baptist University, where her dissertation focused on evaluating the Implications of Public-Private Partnerships on Enforcing the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Within the Federal Highway Administration
